Sliced into 6 long pieces
Make the marinade and pour over the tofu. Rub all over the tofu and marinate for 8 hours to overnight.
Take the tofu out 30 minutes prior to grilling. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pat the tofu with a paper towel to remove any excess marinade. Skewer the long tofu pieces on a metal skewer and grill the tofu until they have nice grill marks. Serve.
