Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the wet ingredients with a hand mixer. Add in the dry ingredients and continue at low speed until well mixed. With a spoon, mix-in the bulk ingredients until well incorporated. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, turn off the oven and let sit in the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely and then cut into bars.
