Deli Asian NoodleS

    DELI ASIAN NOODLE Recipe

    Salad Ingredients

    Makes 8 Servings

    Spaghetti

    1 lb

    Scallion

    1 Cup

    Chopped

    Sesame Seeds

    2 Tbl

    Bell Pepper

    1

    Sliced

    Carrot

    1

    Juliened

    Optional Other Vegetables

    Could put in steamed spinach, bok choy, or cabbage

    Sauce Ingredients

    Ginger, Fresh

    2 Tsp

    Finely Grated

    Garlic Clove

    4

    Minced

    Sesame Oil, Toasted

    6 Tbl

    Coconut Aminos, Less Sodium

    4 Tbl

    Balsamic Vinegar

    4 Tbl

    The watery, less expensive balsamic vinegar

    Maple Syrup

    2 Tbl

    Sambal Oelek

    2 Tbl

    Or sriracha to substitute

    Preparation

    Step 1, Cook:

    Cook the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti is cooked, run through with cold water to stop the cooking. 

    Step 2, Finishing:

    Mix the sauce together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with the rest of the salad ingredients. Toss with the sauce.  Wait 10 minutes for the spaghetti to absorb more sauce and toss again.  Serve.
