Caesar Salad Dressing

    Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

    Ingredients

    Makes 28 Tbl of Dressing

    Garlic Clove

    2

    Minced

    Anchovy Fillets

    4

    Drained, rinsed, and minced so anchovies are a paste

    Mayonnaise

    1 Cup

    Dijon Mustard

    1/2 Tbl

    Worcestershire Sauce, Low Sodium

    1/2 Tbl

    Lemon Juice

    1/4 Cup

    Parmesan Cheese

    1/4 Cup

    Grated

    Black Pepper

    To Taste

    Preparation

    Step 1, Mix:

    Combine garlic and anchovies in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan and ground black pepper.  Whisk well and adjust seasonings if necessary. Store in an airtight cointainer in the refrigerator.
