Parmesan Croutons

    Parmesan Crouton Recipe

    Ingredients

    Makes 6 Cups of Croutons

    French Bread

    8 Cups

    Click Here for Recipe; Crusts removed, cut into 3/4 inch Cubes

    Olive Oil

    1/4 Cup

    Garlic Clove

    Minced

    Parmesan Cheese

    1/2 Cup

    Grated

    Preparation

    Step 1, Mix:

    Preheat oven to 350 deg F.  Combine olive oil and garlic in a large bowl.  Add the bread and toss to coat.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss again.

    Step 2, Bake:

    Spread on 2 sheet pans and bake for 30 minutes, rotating pans halfway through.  Turn oven off and let the croutons sit in the oven for another 10 minutes.  Remove and let croutons cool completely.
