Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle salmon with the paprika and black pepper on both sides. Place salmon in the pan and cook until salmon has cooked all the way through and there is a nice sear on both sides, approximately 4 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove from heat.
Spread each filet with teriyaki sauce and serve.
