2 thin steaks cut lengthwise to make 4 steaks, 4 oz each
Minced
Make balsamic steak sauce and set aside. Make spicy steak rub and set aside. Combine olive oil and garlic and rub onto steaks. Sprinkle steak rub on both sides of steaks. Let stand for at least 15 minutes to an hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill to desired doneness. Spoon balsamic steak sauce over steaks. Serve.
