Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbl Coconut Aminos, Less Sodium
  • 1 Tbl Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Tbl Turmeric, Ground
  • 12 Garlic Clove - Minced
  • 1 Tbl Ginger, Fresh - Grated
  • 1 Tbl Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Serrano Pepper - Minced
  • 4 Tsp Lime Juice - Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 Tbl Fish Sauce

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. If you do not feel like mincing, you can also put all the ingredients in a small food processor and process until smooth.
