Thai Tofu Satay

Ingredients

  • 14 Oz Firm Tofu - Sliced into 6 pieces
  • 2/3 Cup Thai Satay Marinade

Preparation

Step 1:

Make the marinade and pour over the tofu. Rub all over the tofu and marinate for 8 hours to overnight.

Step 2:

Take the tofu out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling.  Preheat grill to medium-high heat.  Pat the tofu with a paper towel to remove any excess marinade.  Skewer the long tofu pieces on a metal skewer and grill the tofu until they have nice grill marks.  Serve.
