Make the marinade and pour over the chicken. Rub all over the chicken and marinate for 8 hours to overnight
Take the chicken out 30 minutes prior to grilling. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken with a paper towel to remove any excess marinade. Skewer the long chicken pieces on a metal skewer. Grill the chicken to internal temperature of 165 to 170 deg F. Serve.
