This versatile sauce is used in Vietnamese dishes. It can serve as a dressing over a green salad, noodles or over a Vietnamese pork chop. A little goes a long way with the sauce. Stick to the serving size due to the sodium levels.
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
To reduce the sodium even more, try substituting with vegetarian fish sauce. We practice moderation with regualr fish sauce becasue we love it so much, but vegetarian fishsauce works really well here, too.
