The first time we used nuoc cham sauce to marinate the pork chops, we knew this was the one. Super flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Nuoc Cham Sauce
  • 4 Pork, Loin Chops, Bone-In
  • 3 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 12 Garlic Clove - Minced
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper - Minced
  • Black Pepper - To Taste

Preparation

Step 1:

To prepare marinade: make the nuoc cham sauce, save the excess for another use. Place pork chops in a plastic bag or dish and pour nuac cham sauce, olive oil, garlic cloves, and jalapeno pepper. Mix well. For more flavorful results, marinate for 8 hours to overnight. Mix marinading sauce well with the pork chop.

Step 2:

Take out the pork chops and drain excess marinade. Pat dry on paper towels to get a good sear. Grill over medium high heat until cooked.
