Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks with Balsamic Sauce

This is our family's favorite way of eating our favorite steak. The steak has a lot of flavor with just the rub. But the steak sauce elevates the dish to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Beef, Ribeye Steak - 2 thin steaks cut lengthwise to make 4 steaks, 4 oz each
  • 2 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tbl Everything Dry Rub
  • 8 Tbl Balsamic Steak Sauce

Preparation

Step 1:

Make balsamic-caper sauce and set aside. Make spicy steak rub and set aside. Combine olive oil and garlic and rub onto steaks. Sprinkle steak rub on both sides of steaks. Let stand for at least 15 minutes to an hour.

Step 2:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill to desired doneness. Spoon balsamic steak sauce over steaks. Serve.
