Grilled Rib-Eye Steaks with Balsamic Sauce

This is our family's favorite way for eating steak.  The steak has a lot of flavor with just the rub. But the steak sauce elevates the dish to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye Beef Steak - 2 thin steaks cut lengthwise to make 4 steaks, 4 oz each
  • 2 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tbl Everything Dry Rub
  • 8 Tbl Balsamic Steak Sauce

Preparation

Step 1:

Make balsamic steak sauce and set aside. Make the everything dry rub and set aside. Combine olive oil and garlic and rub onto steaks. Sprinkle steak rub on both sides of the steaks. Let stand for at least 15 minutes to an hour.

Step 2:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill to desired doneness. Spoon balsamic steak sauce over steaks. Serve.
