This has been our "go-to" balsamic vinaigrette. Use leftover dressing to marinate chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbl Capers - Drained and Rinsed
  • 5 Garlic Clove
  • 6 Anchovy Fillets
  • Tsp Black Pepper - To taste
