Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Sweet Potato - Peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl Everything Dry Rub

Preparation

Step 1:

Heat oven to 425F degrees. Place the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry rub over the sweet potatoes. Toss well.

Step 2:

Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, until fork tender and caramelized. Serve warm or at room temperature.
