Roasted Broccoli

Roasting at a high temperature carmelizes the broccoli.  After roasting, toss with different sauces and vinaigrettes to give the broccoli different flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Broccoli - Cut into 1-1/2 inch to 2-inch long florets sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 3 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl - Everything Dry Rub

Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 450F degrees. On a baking sheet, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, everything dry rub and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer, cut side down, and roast, without flipping, until browned and crisp-tender about 15 to 20  minutes.
