Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion - Chopped
  • 1 Cup White Long Grain Rice
  • 1-1/2 Cups Homemade Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Black Pepper - To taste

Preparation

Step 1:

In small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium high and saute the onion until soft. Add the rice, stirring and mixing with the onion. Add the chicken broth stirring to prevent sticking to the pot.

Bring to a boil and cover and lower heat to low and cook for 23 minutes.
