Chimichurri Sauce

We love this chimichurri sauce.  Add to practically everything that may need that boost of flavor. We have included as sauces over meat, chicken, sandwiches, salads and vegetables. This recipe was difficult to nail down as many attempts didn't taste quite the same without salt. We think we have it with a little more red wine vinegar, everything seasoning, and a bit of feta to add a more flavor to this saltless chimichurri recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic Cloves - Minced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley - Leaves and stems
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Oregano - Leaves, unpacked
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbl Feta Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Homemade Everything Dry Rub
  • Black Pepper - To taste
