This Caesar salad dressing tastes just like a Caesar dressing served in a restaurant. The recipe packs a lot of flavor using minimal amounts of Dijon mustard, low sodium Worcestershire sauce and lots of lemon juice. You don't realize it is a low sodium dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic Cloves - Minced or run through a garlic press
  • 4 Anchovy Fillets - Minced so anchovies are a paste
  • 1 Cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbl Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce, Reduced Sodium
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbl Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1:

Combine garlic and anchovies in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan and ground black pepper.

Step 2:

Whisk well and adjust seasonings if necessary. Store in an airtight cointainer in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
