Basic Vinaigrette

This is a basic oil and vinegar dressing that can be modified to use different vinegars. Leave out the sugar if you want a more vinegary dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbl Sugar, White Granulated
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbl Red Onion - Can use shallots, green onions. Minced
  • 1 Garlic Clove - Minced
