Marinating the night before is the trick to this flavorful grilled chicken. This makes an easy weeknight dinner. All you need to do is make rice and add a steamed vegetable. This chicken is also great to be used in a salad or rice bowl. The recipe uses chicken thighs, however, as seen in the images above, chicken breasts, drumsticks, or wings will work well too.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth. Rub the paste onto the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Grill chicken either in a grill pan or on outdoor grill over medium-high heat until cooked through.
