Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves - Minced
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine - Can substitute with chicken stock
  • 1 lb Spinach
  • Black Pepper - To Taste

Preparation

Step 1:

Heat the olive oil on medium to medium-high heat in a large saucepan.  Add the garlic and saute until aromatic, about 1 minute.  Add the white wine and cook until the liquid reduces by half.  Add the spinach and stir until the spinach wilts.  Season with black pepper.
