Hoisin BBQ Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Salmon - Cut into 4, 4-oz steaks
  • 1 Tbl Everything No Salt Homemade Dry Rub
  • 4 Tbl Hoisin BBQ Sauce - See recipe

Preparation

Step 1:

Make the Hoisin BBQ Sauce if not already made.

Step 2:

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet on medium to medium-high heat. Season the salmon steaks with the everything rub. Place the salmon in the skillet and sear on both sides until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Serve each salmon steak with 1 Tbl of the Hoisin BBQ sauce.
