We've found this salad to be popular with our friends. This is a perfect dish to bring to a barbecue since it's served cold.
Cook the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti is cooked, run cold water through it to stop it cooking.
To make the sauce, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, sambal oelek and pepper in a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti noodles with scallions, sesame seeds, bell pepper and carrot. Toss with the sauce. Wait 10 minutes for the spaghetti to absorb more sauce and toss again. Serve.
