Ingredients

  • 12 Oz Cranberries, Fresh
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Preparation

Step 1:

Bring all ingredients to a boil on medium-heat heat in medium saucepan, stirring often. Keep stirring after the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and remove the cinnamon stick.

Can be made one week ahead. Store in refrigerator.
