This is a pretty foolproof way to make Brussels sprouts as tasty as you find served in restaurants.
Preheat air fryer to 400F degrees. Make the balsamic sauce by bringing the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan. Then simmer until thickened and syrupy. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 tablespoons of oil, lime juice and coconut aminos.
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Spray well with olive oil. Fry for 10 minutes; shaking basket or turning sprouts halfway through.
Sprinkle sprouts with the garlic and continue cooking until garlic is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes longer.
Transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic sauce. Squeeze more lime juice on top to taste.
Other sauces to use with the Brussels sprouts include balsamic caper steak sauce and basic garlic yogurt sauce.
